1. If you left out your apartment,you should cleaned and repaired it .you can take a picture.You paid your security deposit when you started to the apartment.But this security just cover for last month rent.
2. If you paid your own heating ,the rooms' temperature make sure is over 21 degrees celcius.
There are some cases that landlord can come your home when you left out.
a.They are inspecting your unit and have given your 24 notice.
b.You asked repairing your unit and have given your 24 notice.
c.There are emergency things and have no notice.
