About feeling in speaking English

In bigennng to Canada,I can open my mouth to speak English.If I use English to talk I don't know how to speak clear.So I feel very sad.I think that I have to learn English.

Listenning weather forecast has to need the skill oflistening English.Talking to My daughter's teacher need English .If I speak English very well I can choice family docter.
